    ... This was the last one for the day and most people were gone from the mountain so there were only 2 other girls. The program is held in the amphitheater, located on the edge of the ridge. The 3 girls each had great fun, Zaya played Johnson Ridge in the demonstration of how the mountain blew. She was then all talk of volcanos.

    ... disappeared into a pool far beneath the road. Sunlight was making rainbows in the mist of the splash. A gentleman told me there was a trail to walk down to observe the underside of the bridge and the fall. So we did. The water fell over 100 feet under the arch of the bridge into a pool that was lush with ferns and mosses. The sunlight shone on the pool as if to spotlight the beauty of it.

    ... went to Silver Lake to see if there was some place were we could chill and spend the rest of the day. After lunch we all packed into the car, and for lack of wanting to take 2 cars, Kels and I sat in the tray of the truck on the way to the lake. It was completely legal for us to be in the tray, because all the seats in the truck were full... Ha, only in America though!!
