... to me. The weather was not so good when we arrived, but the gate was open. There was only one couple on the beach. We drove on the beach for a few minutes, but because the weather was not good, we returned to the entrance. We enjoyed a view there, taking a few pictures. Then the accident occured. ... it was all gross, it moved me very much and my quote given at the end of the tour, was actually published in the local newspaper. Very cool.

I loved Tokyo... wandering down back streets and finding cheap things to buy. The food permanently displayed in plastic replicas of the dish it represented. The way all the traffic stopped and the intersection was then swarmed with pedestrians going every which way!

Today we woke up around 8 to catch a train to the beach in Fukui. I believe it's called sunset beach or something like that. It was one of the first small towns we've been to. The streets were nearly deserted as we wandered westward between the crowded houses. Standing guard on every corner are mirrors for seeing around the narrow hairpin turns that zigzag through the neighborhoods.
