    ... never heard of before. Aalborg is the 4th largest town in Denmark. Built on Limfjorden which was previously a fjord but has split into a couple of branches and is a river today.The activity of the town is centred around the river with fishing being an important production area.     ... thing though, not a single angler on the beach. Perhaps they don’t allow fishing there.

    We watched some guys launching a ski boat through the surf. They dropped the boat and trailer into the water, drove the boat off the trailer and simply left the trailer in the water whilst they headed out to sea. Very strange……glad it’s not my tailer.

    ... dries up later this afternoon.

    It didn't stop until late so we just took a quick stroll down to the beach in between the showers. We joined the new camp site owners and locals in the bar/restaurant for bratwursts and locally brewed beers or a G and T. 3. for each of the drinks...a bargain. We left having made lots of new friends.

    ... back on the train, where we sat next to a some folks who were helping out a wear refugee from Ukraine. It was really touching to see the Danes rally around him, one guy paid his train ticket to Copenhagen.
