... The Boardwalk was the main attraction, or rather, attractions. You walk past restaurants, video arcades, bars, go out to the beach, do lots of shopping, typical tourist type of stuff. It helped that the weather was in the mid eighties and clear. After an hour or so of gambling, we bid farewell to Atlantic City and headed onto the mainland to stay at Shady Pines resort for the night.

After waking up in our 7th Motel of the trip we sampled the free breakfast although were a bit disappointed with only cereal and bagels as the options, after watching a bit of Maury (think American version of Jeremy Kyle) we were on our way to Seaside Heights on the coast of New Jersey.
