... we got company by some local people, who visit their old homes from time to time.

- First night we ( mainly our Taiwanse friends ) cooked the things we had bought in Fangliao, but the second night we collected several vegetables from around - I, as the male responsible for meat supply by hunting totally failed - so we turned almost vegetarian.

... 20. Geburtstag am 1. Mai habe ich mich an meine ganzen, netten Kindergeburtstage erinnert und so ging es los mit Topfschlagen im Grossformat fuer 60 Kids. Als Belohnung gab es dafuer ein paar echte deutsche Haribo Gummibaerchen und tatsaechlich machten sie Kinder froh und Erwachsene eben so. ... Facetten und tatsaechlich nur wenig, was mich abstossen wu**de. Dennoch moechte ich hi** nicht fu** eine laeng**e Zeit leben, denn es ist einfach eine sehr kleine eigene und ganz and**e Welt und so nett die Leute hi** sind, so kann ich mich doch nicht ganz in ihre Lebensgewohneiten und ihre Gesellschaft einleben, so dass ich mich nicht wirklich "in mein** Mitte" fuehle. Doch ich freue mich mit dies** einmaligen Erfahrung, die ich nicht missen moechte, zurueck in die Heimat zu fahren.

Meine Gastfamilie oder die Leute aus meinem Projekt haben mir gleich angeboten, mich an besondere Orte auszufuehren, mich zum Essen eingeladen und mir ihre Hilfe breitwillig angeboten. Tatsaechlich wurde ich im laufe dieses Jahres sehr oft zum Essen eingeladen und von Joachims Gasteltern, die ein nicht ganz billiges Restaurant ...
