... I did, as I got this information booklet with cool bars, restaurants and cafes to check out and also it told me about the laneways.

So the lane ways in Melbourne are literally alleyways with cool cafes outside and also graffiti art. I checked out Hosier Lane as it was nearest to me and it was amazing. The whole lane way was covered with art on the walls, floors, bins. It's pretty famous as loads of people were down there taking photos.

Popped out for a light evening meal of pizza!!! ;) we got a take out and sat in the beautiful Catani Gardens, a public park just off the St. Kilda beach filled with Palm trees and twisting pathways! These are mainly in the form of one-off designs, some of which are modern and others, of which I shall pick out two, are not. The first is a house, which I see as Tuscan perpendicular with large church like windows and rustic brickwork. The second, and it is the piece de resistance around here, is described as Spanish Mission style ...
