... and enjoyed a cider and some bread and dips. I was back in my room by 8 and ready for bed. Next morning was cloudy, windy and dark, but I headed off to do a lap of Albert Park. ... started filling in the Customs Declaration Forms, then up to breakfast. At 9.00, we all went up to the Helipad as we crossed the Equator, the. Horn blew for 10 secs, and cheers all round. Then we went up to the Solarium and I finished filling in the forms, at 11.15, Greg and I went down to the Centrum to watch a bake off between Ken, the cruise director and the Captain against one of the ship's pastry chefs. ... Fed Square we were hungry (it was a long way!) and had lunch at a beautiful Italian restaurant. We had a pizza again - a correct pizza. It was fabulous. For Australia Day, we headed out to Frankston, a small seaside town down the coast. ... of 'At the Hanging Rock' which inspired the book and the film. As I ascended the stairs to the next floor, a stuffed black cat, waving its paw, in an Asian lucky cat mode, made me jump. The woman behind me laughed at my reaction and said it had a habit of doing that to people.
