... hours in the boiling sun it was a few minutes to noon and there were a handful of people ahead of us in the line to get in the door. It was stressful but by then I had resigned myself to the fact that I would be coming back the next day......earlier this time. Thammasat has kept us busy with various orientation programs, so I have had a chance to meet some fun people, and the nightlife has been pretty exciting. Last week I even got to meet up with a few Canadian friends that I had met in Boracay on Khaosan Road, the backpacker central in Bangkok. During orientation activities a group of us clicked pretty quickly and decided that we are all ...

The remainder of the day has been spent exploring in the car/on the bike this evening and planning the activities which will fill the next few days of a life which is rapdly becoming too comfortable...
