      ... about disposing of our trash. Two bags found their way into cans in Hyannis, 4 small bags into the dumpster at the Oyster Company, and lots of recycled cardboard and returnables to Colm's house. In retrospect its astonishing how much trash we create each day, I was criticlal of Tinidad, but Simon is right, our trash is just in neater piles. At the stop and shop, we put six corn cobs into a plastic sac that will take 1000 years to degared, how crazy is that?

      Today was the first day of colour war. This morning for flag the blue team stood in a line opposite gold. And poiple gathered behind the flag pool all dressed in our colours.

      After breakfast we broke off into team meetings, so the poiple team had a meeting then split into groups to observe the activities the campers were doing - it was basically sun bathing ;) the older counsellors went off cause they got bored which was a pain but oh ...
