A small man was cooking up the Thai speciality of Roti, just as Rick Stein had recommended via his tv show on plane.       ... and I couldn’t condemn them for their choice of work, in fact I found out quite a lot, they sort of work in shifts, some are married, some even have children, some are one parent families, just remember there is no welfare state for them to fall back on, education isn’t free, they don’t get given a council house or any benefits, they are on their own
