Yayyyy!! We are so happy, excited, overjoyed, thrilled, elated, and delighted (maybe a little exhausted too) to announce the arrival of our twins! We are so in love with them, it's incredible.
The first week has been draining at times (2 hours of sleep on the first night we were home!) but the second I see those precious baby faces, tiny toes, sweet ...
... carpet this weekend. Hoping the hardwood floors are just as immaculate throughout the rest of the house as it is in the bedrooms.
Well, that's all folks! We are enjoying our new house, new neighborhood, and the remainder of this pregnancy. Hoping to hold on at least another 3 more weeks!

... with them. On the way back both Dave and I did have a couple of quick naps!!! We felt it was ok as we were just doing the reverse route! The kids thought it was hilarious though. And we had a reasonably early night. A quick meander through town and then this amazing dinner at a Himalayan restaurant. The food was so delicious and the spiced wine and mojitos too! Back to our rooms to wrap up presents and then a well deserved ...
A very steep descent off the top of Cinnamon Pass racing and dodging rented ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) all the way down the valley to the ex mining town of Silverton, more than 3,000 feet below.
Disc brakes squealing and smelling hot by the bottom of the descent, it was a pretty wild ride with plenty of twists, turns and huge ruts in the track.
The valley is littered with the detritus of previous, now defunct ...
