Peanut Butter and Jelly Day :) *We decided to bring a little taste of the West to our Middle School by making over a thousand peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and distributing them during the students lunch time. The tradition and sense of excitement and pride from all the people was contagious. They were all so welcoming and excited to share that it made you want to jump in and try to understand these people.
