... area for kids with every electronic game machine any kid could wish for, that is decked out like a forest. The support pillars are decorated like a tree trunk with branches and fake foliage with four squirrels at each corner of transition from pillar to floor. Getting There

We started at 1230 am Wednesday morning and flew to Dallas and then to Miami and then to Quito.

We arrive in Quito at 730 pm and got to the Hotel Cartuja at 9:30 pm. The flights were ok, the last leg was the worst as we were seated in the exit aisle over the wing and the seats there are different, sort of box like things that do not allow for wide hips such as mine. So ...

... arriving on the night of the 1st and leaving out midday of the 21st. I didn't plan on staying this long but at the time I was there Chas was building a small tack room. A tack room is used to store saddles, bridals, and everything else needed for a horse, for one of his corrals. He asked me to stay a while and help him work on the room. I helped him put up the pine-siding and finish the inside with insulation and cedar shingles on the ceiling. When I left, ...
