So I got Jock to photograph me leaving my footprints on this road sign - literally. When we got back in the car I was hoping I was going to get itchy from laughing in the beach grasses, and thankfully I didn't. Jock then asked where are the shops? So we pulled over and looked in each direction. Just houses. Where do they buy milk and coffee? ...

... a rush as a family from the kids' homeschooling phys-ed group invited our family to their church at midday and then to lunch. I thought it was interesting that the kids had been complaining of nothing to do that morning and then this opportunity came up. The kids were keen to go and so we accepted the invite to visit their church but not for lunch afterwards as we had other plans. This was a great experience for our kids to see how other churches ...
