... the first GPS devices, and even a smartphone (because these days, anyone can navigate just about anywhere if they have any kind of smart phone). Seeing a smart phone in a museum is something we all joke about, but actually seeing one on display just made it even more funny! Been here several days. Campground outside the beltway, about 45 minutes drive north of the Capital Mall so we take the Metro Subway. Interesting experience. This spot was pretty incredible and a nice memorial. It is guarded 24 hours a day (which we were both a little shocked about.) At the tomb there is an inside exhibition were you can read about the soldiers inside as in what wars they were found at which is good to gain ...

    The Working Week

On Monday we head up to Gaithersburg to "The Old Town Cafe" for breakfast. This is a tradition that is in threat of dying out, but for the time being we keep it going. It's not a pretty place but the people are nice and the food is good. Work on Monday goes on much longer than expected, but that's why I'm here. I get back to the Hotel, then head to Marshall's for a little shopping. Rockville Pike has a few of this type of discount store. Monday night dinner was Baby ...
