... nice but I saw too many confederate flags on cars to get out and chat up random people. ;) A gay guy does not stop in Kentucky, he simply drives through it. lol. All kidding aside, KY was a beautiful state and a very fun part of the road to drive on.

... the town was expecting over 100,000 people during the week of events but I think they were all here on Sunday because the weather had been so bad on Saturday. At the local museum, they had a competition in which the entries were enchanted fairy scenes constructed from natural materials.
