    ... Lots of coffee making equipment and ice making and some tempting gin and tonic supplies! There is two separate balconies in shade at different times of the day, and of course that pool.     While being at the track means you miss out on the timing unless you're directly in front of a screen or have bought the official app and a local SIM card for data access (Hayden had one for his iPad) you get to experience the sound and appreciate how quickly the cars go around the circuit.     ... they are still cleaning up the mess. The caves are spectacular and the Hindu shrines as always are amazingly colourful and ornate. That is the end f the tour, I get back to Chinatown around2pm ready for lunch. Today it is sizzling chilli squid - yum. All up with rice and a drink 22 ringlet. Back to the hotel, they are kind enough to give me a room so I can shower before heading to the airport. How good is that, no charge, for a room that costs < $30. ...

    ... 2 hours to KL and we arrive at 8ish. We then have a fair wait at the taxi stand I go to the counter while Bean waits in the long rank queue. Initially the woman tells me they've run out of cabs and to get a 200 minivan! Sod that I take the taxi for 75 and the queue moves and after over an hour we've arrived at the pacific regency hotel.
