Friday (30 October 2015)
During breakfast this morning we both rebelled and decided to take a last minute long weekend. No yoga today, we decided, we will be giving our bodies a good rest for a few days until Monday. And yes, they needed it.

The pool had been fixed but the hole that they jackhammered a week or so ago, in order to trace and fix the eventual problem, was still as holy as on that first day. But things were about to change as the pool company were onsite ...

It rained lightly a few more times during the night which was no doubt good for the rice. A bit of rain is OK but should itcome heavy again now it will knock the rice over and make it really hard to cut.

What seems like quite a small thing when at home in Gloucester takes on larger proportions here when it comes time to think about digging the back garden for vegetables. The plot isnt that big and would probably take me an hour or so back home but here it's days ...

Amazing brekky in a pretty swish hotel. Pity we weren't staying longer, but we have ks to get under our wheels, this is not a sit around the pool tour. Rode away from the hotel at 8:15am onto a smooth (hot mix) wide verge. The roads here have improved dramatically over the last 10 years they are now streets ahead of us, pun intended. In addition the motorists were much more courteous and every vehicle gives us a wide berth or waited behind us until it was ...
