... and later stamps. Very pleased with myself. We'd approached the "downtown" area looking for shops and found a door with people entering and exiting. Not very welcoming. Discovered later that it was part of the structure of a "windbreak" wall, designed to protect the community from the prevailing north winds, winter being in the order of 7 ...

... we scored a great place (minus the biting black flies!) where we were able to park both our trailers on the same site and with room for the screen tent too. Once we were all set up Jim didn't waste any time starting his charcoal for the feast he and Kerry were making. Chili with biscuits! Thankfully they got up by 8:30. Even after a big breakfast of bacon and eggs we were on the road by 11:00 heading towards Godbout. We stopped at Cap-de-Bon-Desir at Les Bergeronnes at an interpretation centre, hoping to spot some whales. Well we weren't disappointed. ...

Well off we go. I need fuel, but I think I will wait to sync up with Jo. Jo's GS is more economical than the Versys but I have a bigger tank, so we have about ...
