Man, we all work like well-oiled machines! We were all showered, taken down and pulling out of the campground by 6:45, just like planned. Once onto the ferry we were all hungry so we had a nice hot breakfast. We all went back up to the outdoor deck and Debbie received a text from father-they were heading to Truro because uncle John was taken to the hospital. We are sitting here worrying about him ...

I'm all about saving nature, except when it comes to spiders, ants and bugs in the house :) We were back to the campsite fairly early so managed to eat dinner in the daylight, what a treat! ... of luggage by Givi that is cheap and waterproof. I also went through all my camping gear and gathered everything that is useful, light, and small. My side bags are both 25L each and the duffel bag is 30L. I also have the matching tail bag that is 20L. So I am running 100L of storage. I remember my backpacking days and the fact that 80L was as big as I would go. I think this should be fine. The problem is the Versys. It really is awkward to carry ...

... night’s entertainment we have ever had on board ship.

We also had the Captain’s farewell show and party where he admitted that we had actually lost an anchor back in Greenland. The anchor had gone down OK, but the rough weather had loosened one of the links and when they came to pull the anchor up, it just was not there on the end of the chain. The anchor has since been replaced at ...
