We explored Bouctouche in the morning. The Irving ECO center was very close to our campspot and although not open, we could see what a great addition to the community it was. We got off to a good start with breakfast at the Wabush Hotel. Visited the mining town of Fermont.. Then back on the gravel highway into Quebec. Oops, we forgot to turn in our satellite phone at the hotel. Had to backtrack 15 mikes and visit Labrador again. Finally on our way and our 2nd entry into Quebec. Travelled the bumpy, mostly gravel road 168 miles to Relais Gabriel, Quebec, our lunch and gas stop. ...
