... a riot, but proved instead to be because Lady Gaga is here. We have decided she is following us. So after talking with Jan for over an hour we invited him to dinner with us. He was by himself traveling and seemed excited to join us. We went and ate at a cafe by the Eiffel and really enjoyed the dinner and his company! An arc with a view
... little shop selling Berthillon icecream and got a double cone, which was one scoop of Creole (interesting) and cream of almond (better than the creole). To help digest the treats, we started walking the bank of the Seine river at night, watching boat tours, talking and just realizing how lucky we are. Our feet started screaming from all the walking of the day (weeks) so we Metroed it back to St. Placide, walked the rest of the way home and packed for tomorrow. Bed.
