And taking my friends on a 1 hour detour one day to try and find a pizza place i swore and hyped up was the best i had ever tried the night before, only to realise that when tasting it during the day the alcohol had contributed greatly to my opinion of the pizza...it turned out to be one of the worst we had all ever eaten!

The small hotel in Ecebat, the Villa Casa, was delightful and it had wonderful garden where we ate a small picnic supper after the very nice fish lunch we had. After a warm night spent in the garden drinking the local wine (the Sulva vineyard was 300m from the house) and very good too, we didn't get up quite as early as we planned but were still away by 9.30. The residents were really happy to receive their boxes and the team got a lot of hugs and smiles while we were there. Our last visit was to a senior citizen's home. We had spent the time steaming down the coast to research how to get from Burgos to Nessebur, and, indeed, it was very easy. We were accosted by a few taxi drivers, who we dismissed with a wave of the hand, found an ATM, got a few Lev, then found to the bus to Nessebur. Cost: 6 Lev each (about $4). ... in town was ok, but not the best beach. It also got fairly cold in the evenings, so the beach window was limited. The first beach we tried was nice, but the water was full of seaweed which was gross. The next beach was much cleaner. Unfortunately though, everyone smokes so the beach is just covered with cigarette butts. A bit gross. We did have a few nice days relaxing on the beach though.
