    Laugharne's Brown Dylan perspective
It might have been the same as yesterday - gorgeous blue sunlit skies and flat calm seas - but it wasn't. The stormy, rain-heavy southerly winds hit the estuary from an early hour and persisted throughout the day. It rained, the wind howled and the clouds lay over the town like a choking, wet blanket. ... clear if this was a reference to the several dogs or military hardware being released. We opted to retreat in face of the enemy and headed back to the car. The weather encouraged us as the skies turned a blue, milky wood colour (gerrit?) and rain looked imminent.
The map suggested a further jolly into coastal resorts and off we headed, giddy at the prospect, of a happy time in Tenby. Westward we went, via single track lanes ...

... the boat which was slightly confusing at first as we were expecting it to be a 5 min walk. Instead the man put our bags in a Trolley and wheeled them to the hotel. We felt so sorry for him but the relief that we didn't have to carry them definitely out weighed it. We probably paid him his weekly wages in tips but it was worth it! The buzz of Koh phi phi was amazing. It was clear from the beginning that it was going to be one of our favourite places. There ...
