We hebben hier lekker gegeten. Je kan hier ook roken bij de bar, dat is wel prettig vooral als je op de luchthaven moet wachten.

    Quality Hotel with convenience

I stayed in this hotel as we were transferring terminals in Dubai between Canada and Afghanistan. It is conveniently located in the middle of the airport and you don't need a travel visa to stay here. Right on top of all of the duty free shops (it's like a huge mall actually!). I think this is a very good hotel and all of the amenities were decently priced and the room was well appointed with everything you could want.

... of shopping centre over four levels and every imaginable shop from Dior to Jimmy Choo to Krispy Kreme donuts. Ski Dubai was amazing with lifts, freestyle area, tobogganing, rock climbing, as well as an après lounge complete with 'log' fire.

Getting a bite to eat proved difficult as Ramadan started today and there's no eating in public from dawn ...

... bus from our hotel so it didn't cost us anything to get there. The mall itself is enormous! Just a shame I had no money for shopping, although Edd did splash some cash on a go pro camera, which I'm sure will come in handy later in the trip! Overall, I loved Dubai. It wouldn't be my first choice, and I certainly wouldn't ever go for more than a week, but what we experienced was very nice. I would just prefer somewhere with a little more culture and few less sky ...
