We hebben hier lekker gegeten. Je kan hier ook roken bij de bar, dat is wel prettig vooral als je op de luchthaven moet wachten.

      Quality Hotel with convenience

I stayed in this hotel as we were transferring terminals in Dubai between Canada and Afghanistan. It is conveniently located in the middle of the airport and you don't need a travel visa to stay here. Right on top of all of the duty free shops (it's like a huge mall actually!). I think this is a very good hotel and all of the amenities were decently priced and the room was well appointed with everything you could want.

Beautiful Flight! We flew over the full of Russia, directly over Moscow, and Lovograd. It was daylight so could see quite a bit, also flew over Iran. The sun set a few minutes after we landed in Dubai. Spending the night at the. Dubai Intl Hotel, right in the airport. This place is massive.

... so they have all the main brands like revlon, rimmel etc and they even have people to help in the normal toiletry section so to help you with what conditioner etc you want. Things are also super cheap there. I have already decided that when Shaun gets here I will be making him buy clothes, shoes etc as the fashion here is great! They have some things the same as NZ but otherwise the style of clothes is different and I like it much more then the style thats currently in ...

... told 15km, someone else told us 2km. What they did not say was that it is very difficult to get to. Dubai subscribes to the Mexican approach to beachfront development: build hotels along the waterfront with fences at the boundaries extending to the waterline to ensure no one other than hotel guests can get to the beach. We never did find a way onto the beach at the Burj, but it was a nice walk, and we found another beach, but it made us realise that Dubai is extremely spread out ...

Short bit of sight seeing then travel day to Hong Kong. We got to drive along the famous Palm Leaf all the way out to the Atlantis Hotel. Then went past the tallest building in the world the Burj Khalifa which is about 800m tall over 178 floors. Didn't have enough time to go up it though. Had some authentic Arabic food with our Hosts, very yummy. Then onto the airport to catch our flight to Hong Kong which is about a 8hr overnight flight that gets us in at around ...
