Over 400km later, we arrived at our next overnight stop in La Ciotat. Was a newly built apartment over looking the port. We thought we would stay 'home' tonight so ...

We were delighted upon arrival that the first person we ...

As the rain continued, Amy and I went into the nearest hotel to ask for directions to a large shopping centre nearby (Galeries Lafayette) where we hoped to meet up with Kristian, Kirstie, and the kids. In true "Amazing Race" style we trekked in the pouring rain, getting drenched until we found it, only to discover the Justus family were at the other Galeries Lafayette centre (there are two!) The boys ...

... Take sport so seriously. Must be the Mark Keating gene we both got.

We farewelled Laura on Wednesday and pretty much the only other thing to happen that day was that Julie got to try the 'best churros in Barcelona.' She was pretty impressed. Thursday we trained it from Barcelona to Marseille. Now, I want to stress that I haven't done this to any other place we have been so far - but I'll be brutally honest and tell you Marseille is ****. If ...
