The day started out pretty normal with clouds threatening and the odd drop of rain. Our goal today was to head over into France once again via the col de Balme, on the border of France and Switzerland. Well me made it, but not quite as planned... After leaving the Col de la Forclaz we headed towards the hamlet of le Peuty, but somewhere along the way we missed a turn and ended up in Trient - this was after a fair bit of downhill... An interesting little town with a lot of shops displaying music memorabilia not the least of which features Queen and Freddie Mercury.
