(Erin here.) Well the rain finally caught up to us, or we caught up to it...but either way, when we awoke this morning, the mountaintops had been cropped by clouds and for all we knew, we could have been in western Washington. The cool night air had made for a restful night's sleep at our B & B, however. We breakfasted on cold cereal and fresh …

Its been ...

Simon was getting ready and packing his bags because he had to catch the midday train to Geneva and then fly to Amsterdam. One thing he forgot to do was print out his ticket, so I drove everybody down into Sion so that he could print it out at Louiselle's house. Louiselle lives on a tiny, cobblestone street that climbs steeply from the middle of town to ...

... We visited the Alpineschule adventure park where we were properly kitted out and then enjoyed rock climbing ( proper rock climbing- non of this pretend wall stuff) and zip lining across the valley- it was certainly quite an adrenaline rush especially surrounded by the beautiful scenery! We were treated to a Swiss evening with local Swiss horn player and chocolate fondu in the evening!

    For our second day ...
