      ... West" in St. Louis. Amazingly, in all my travels around the country as a kid, we have never stopped in St. Louis to check it out and we decided to do it on this trip. Quick little stop for a couple hours, then back to chomping up the highway.

      We originally wanted to rent an RV in Kansas City, but by the time we were ready to plunk down a deposit, there weren't any available. Omaha was the next best bet. Why didn't we rent an RV in St. Louis, you ask? We've seen Missouri. Why would we want to drive an RV across this state? Boring!
