    ... own round 12 Model A's cars and trucks that they use on the property for varies uses. A lot to see the but we had to get on the road and headed to St. Louis, MO. On the way we travel on some of Old Route 66. We got to the Motel 6 at around 5:30 in Fenton MO. Tomorrow we are going the the Gate Way Arch and Dave P. and Jim are taking a ride to the top.     Started the day feeling pretty sick. Caught a cold at our WONDERFUL 4 day Summit in Atlanta and after running on adrenaline for 4 days I hit a wall. Seriously considered just putting the trip off a day, but Linda's ************ the 29th got me up.

    ... the smokiness of the Snoot. Shortly after finishing our Snoot our food arrived. The brisket was moist with just enough fatty chewiness and once again the tangy BBQ sauce perfectly accented the smokiness. The pulled pork was done very well, there was no trace of the fatty parts, signifying a hand pulled sandwich and the meat itself had a good pink hue to it indicating a quality long smoke.
