    Today another great morning. Had breakfast at the lodge and were on the road by 8. We wanted to go to Bo's Hollow today first and then Akers 2 car ferry because Bo's was only 3 miles from the lodge. Bo's did not open until 10 so we ran over to Akers car ferry first and then back tracked to Bo's. The ferry had a toll of $4 and I was the only one that put my car on.     We had a really nice day taking our time getting to St. Louis today. It was just under 300 miles from Springfield but we planned several stops to get the most out of the journey.
