... very plainly. After a very long and difficult uphill bike ride, we made it to the pool just before closing. Whizzing down the pool slide was definitely the highlight of my day. She completed it then made her way to the Park Ranger desk to be sworn in as a Junior Park Ranger and given a badge which she happily pinned to her purse. Pride filled her little body. Keynote speaker today was Sam Geist from Canada he was excellent and whole focus was on executing not having 7000 ideas taking an idea and taking it to the end that really struck hard with me as I love to chase squirrels and shiny things. Well, hubby & I had our fill of food and drink (Lemoncello from Italy for me) and unfortunately, I am missing my doggy tonight so I will try not think about him and get some rest… we have an early flight in the morning and the alarm is set for 4:30 tomorrow morning.
