I then missed all the fun of Belle losing her hearing aid only to find it was perfectly camouflaged in a packet of Haribo sweets - how I wish someone had tried to chew on that.
So, back to Ballymena and Lyla and a relatively early night ready for the departure tomorrow and potentially no sleep until Wednesday - sounds like a Beastie Boys ...
Belfast to Derry
... holding on while taking pictures. I was holding on for dear life the whole way and I was still terrified. I did it though! Once again – mum didn’t even try it.
We also went to the Giant’s Causeway. It was so windy there that we almost got blown off the path when we were walking down. The weather was so bad that we walked down, took photos and took the bus back up. It would have been nice to stay longer, as it was really beautiful, but we were just too wet ...
Causeway
... even know how to describe the causeway other than that the name pretty much explains it. It looks like huge rocky footsteps built for a giant. It looked to us like someone had taken all of these huge rocks, cut them to size and smoothed them into perfectly placed puzzle pieces. It was neat enough that even in the cold, wind and rain, we actually really enjoyed our time there.
