Day 4I headed for Baton Rouge and then along the Gulf of Mexico coast as it was all Mississippi delta marsh and I wanted to see it. ... and that's exactly why we were there.

We checked out the cruise port shopping area called the Strand, learned about off shore drilling and took some time to take care of business back home. Yet, we mostly soaked in the rays, allowed Rusty to run the beaches and relaxed. While we were out there I realized that living near a body of water is important to us. Ya just take things at a slower pace and remember to breathe.
