      ... building site, moving slightly in the wind. Thankfully, at 1.30am I had a lovely hour catching up with Sasha, which distracted me from the hoolie going on outside. Andy woke up to tell me about his random dream; that I was in the Big Brother house, (probably cos I'm spending so much time in the diary room at bedtime !) I eventually settled down to sleep at 3am, to the sounds of Andy's snores, sighs & *****, with undetones of storm in the background. (More photos to come when I can upload them ! ...

      We hopped in a cab at Miami international and straight away got kicked in the face by the tropical feel. Typical weather here is constantly around 30 degrees and 85% humidity. It's actually nice, not too hot, but it is a bit sticky.
      Our cab driver was African American, and did not appear to have much respect for road rules. He was on the phone a lot, he almost crashed and took a very long time to get us where we wanted to go. We ...

      ... was slow so an unneeded dessert was skipped so that we could arrive on time for the 10:15 Showroom Opening-Night entertainment. That typical cruise line offering was followed by Sandy’s retirement to bed while Catherine and I sauntered over to the Rendevous Lounge to hear a baudy quasi-karaoke act which I will describe better in a later post. By midnight, I was sound asleep, quite happy with this day and all it brought.
