    ... they follow you even when you say no. No matter, we walk straight towards the lovely cathedral, in total awe of the architecture of this place. And then you turn around and realise that there are alot of lovely buildings in this square. There is one that looks like the Arc de Triumph, a Museum space, and, off in the distance I can see a statue (sure its got to be someone old and famous, so worth a look later on).

    We all boarded a ferry. There are a few choices you can make at this stage, the ferries go in different loops, some up and down the lake, some in a big circle, some trips go for hours, some just take you past large Villa's and some people just want a ferry to take them to the other side of the lake.     ... in the future? But not too sure. Would loved to have been able to go. Never mind. I had wanted to stay a couple of nights in Milan but there was no hostel accommodation available so I decided to skip it. I really prefer to have 3 or more nights in one place and do day trips out. So much easier. Plus you get familiar with your area. I've booked 3 nights in Bern but may stay another night there cause there's a few day trips out from there. Then I only have 3 nights ...
