... Pho is a giant bowl of broth with a pile of rice noodles dumped in the middle, some slices of meat and a few scallions floating on top. You can add hot sauce or hoisin sauce as you like. ... path in the fields ...but by that time - I was too hot to go on - especially when I realized I would then have to walk all the way back!!...so I just enjoyed the 'big view' of them. I still wasn't fussed on walking all that way back to town centre ..so I thumbed a ride on a scooter!!!...he was a nice young guy / worked in the rice paddy but was also was an artist wannabe!! Such a relief to be riding instead of walking!!!...and very creative ride it was - through narrow ...

... people here today....not sure why but the line up went for miles. So we left and headed to the Forbidden City which was interesting but again had huge crowds, so difficult to walk around and view it properly, especially when we got to the Emperor's private quarters and the Gardens. The only thing in our favour was we had another nice day, weather wise, the sun was shining and no smog. There was an issue with the passports ...

Well, we've been back at home for a few days now – everything was handled great by our house/pet sitter and the folks back at work who kept things moving forward. Many thanks to everyone for having our backs!

Today seemed to run a little smoother. I arrived at our Seattle venue around 9AM, had a quick breakfast, than began working with Tim, our video wall expert. He showed me how to build the massive LED video wall that we have behind the stage for displaying video to the audience while the show is under way.
