    5 Ravvaenget Sjaellands Odde

    Very reluctantly we bid farewell to Mads, Lisbeth, and Copenhagen. We turn towards whole new adventures and head to the summer house located in a long narrow peninsula known as Sjaellands Odde jutting out into the Kattegat Sea.

    Kattegat comes from "cat" and "hole", because a sailing ship had to twist and turn like a cat going into a hole in order to safely navigate ...

    Sams°he landlord(ess?) pf Spencer & Katy's invited us for an overnight-er to her farm on Sams° Island... a lovely drive to the ferry, then another hour on the ferry, then a short 15 min drive to her far.

    Lots to see, the crocus and daffodils are just starting, we visited a few other farms for honey and leeks and veges and eggs...

    Now they are taking me out for the traditional Danish Friday night... oh ...

    ... there, with family and friends. When we got out there then we followed the instructions and so on, signed the paper that said "you can die from this!" and so on, yada yada yada. When i got into the plane that's where i really knew, its gonna happened there is no way back, my mind was on drugs kinda it felt like it was gonna blow anytime soon. We flew up and up... and oh my, 4km up is waaaay higher then you might think, a instructor pointed over at another peace of land ...

    ... exploring. We walked down the pedestrian street from the other end, window shopping and people watching. Interestingly, the locked-out teachers were cleaning the streets to emphasize their willingness to work. We had a nice wander and another coffee before walking back to the hospital to say goodbye to the amazing Line (who looks smashing in her nurse's attire), collecting our luggage, and heading to the train station.
