    ... good, but as usual, not the type of stuff we are used to - lotus flower roots (again), pumpkin (very good), fish soup (fresh fish from the local lake), "asparagus lettuce," and really good fried string potatoes with chives. And, of course, rice. It just doesn't get more authentic than this. I think some employee just whipped this meal up for us.
