... complemented well by the sweet tanginess of the barbecue sauce. The spicy slaw was vinegar-based with just a little kick. Paired very well with the ribs and brisket to give it just a little extra spice at the end. Even the Texas toast had a taste that was unique. They also had a hot barbecue sauce that lacked the sweetness of the regular sauce but instead had a spicy tanginess.

This has been quite a trip to plan for...starting with picking dates to learning how to pack 14 days into just a back pack!

I'm taking mom on this trip & it is our first time to Italy. It's my first time to Europe so who better than my mom to conquer this milestone with?
