Picked up the car at our friends, the Meadors. Hitting the road for Atlanta. Wow, it's been a whirlwind expedition! Feels like we've been gone for months. Can't believe how much we've seen and all the places that we've been in the last 26 days. I will certainly view so many of the places we've visited with a different set of eyes and opinions ...
... She's so intelligent about not only her own country, but about the ocean and wildlife. I just wanted to pick her brain. She also made me feel more comfortable as I was having a hard time getting use to the breathing and pressurizing at first. Then there's White Haven Beach. The more I look, the more I believe I will be in Target buying the portable DVD player we have never broken down and purchased before we leave ...
... time (2.30am GMT - after a 5am start). Bed shortly followed.... I was woken up at 3.30 by presumably drunk louts... then at 6am with some very loud Rammsteine! At 7am I gave up and dragged myself up fo a breakfast of rice and beans, as well as scrambled egg, toast and some ver interesting fruits ready for my day in San Jose.
Luckily I made it in one piece. On meeting the rest of the group, 2 had their luggage lost in Canada and one had her card eaten in an ATM!
