    ... out the back and there is a wonderful garden with many tropical plants and fruit trees plus aviaries with tropical birds, all of them rescued. Lots of gorgeous parrots.     ... so we made a quick salad that was actually pretty darn yummy. We drove to Loxahatchee and finally arrived at Chris’s aunt and uncle’s house. Danny and Jim are fantastic hosts and we really enjoyed the last time we came to visit so we knew it would be a nice stop.     So here we are heading north on the turnpike towards Kissimmee, home to Disney World!! It is just Jason, the boys and I this time and we are looking forward to a few relaxing days away. Now, many of you know that we do not put our boys' information on-line so we will refer to the elder 9 1/2 year old beast as "older" and the younger nearly 7 year old beast as, yes, you guessed it, “younger”.
