So after 3 flights, 11 hours waiting in airports, 19 hours flying time and nearly 15,000km later, we arrived in Madison, Wisconsin. There are badgers everywhere, but not real ones. Our last few days in town were spent frantically packing, unpacking, packing again, cleaning out the fridge, throwing stuff away, getting the boat out of the water, drying it out, winterizing it, paying bills, selling the car, turning ...
... and it turned out to be the capital of Wisconsin with a population of over 250,000! So no wonder the 5pm traffic was bad, and it got a lot worse as we got closer to the city. A quick internet search (thanks AT&T) found a good priced motel at the next exit and so we crossed a few lanes and quickly found the motel! There was a micro brewery next door, with a great menu and so a 50 metre walk got us dinner and a ...

We leave Madison tomorrow a little after four. We have a quick stop in Atlanta and then we catch a flight to LA. we have a hotel near the airport but we are currently kicking around ...
