So after 3 flights, 11 hours waiting in airports, 19 hours flying time and nearly 15,000km later, we arrived in Madison, Wisconsin. There are badgers everywhere, but not real ones. There are statues of them, they adorn bars, they scowl at you from clothing, the restaurant where we are staying is called Badgerland, there is even a giant badger …

... My destination? South Dakota, Wyoming, and maybe a peek into Montana. All places I've never been to: Mt. Rushmore, the Badlands, the Black Hills, Deadwood, Yellowstone, and the Grand Tetons. The customs department was very 'high-tech'. There were self check in booths as though we were in a grocery store. White slips of paper with our information was dispensed from the machine. then we were on our way to the next terminal.
      We came upon ...

... went for a walk, got lunch and then wandered around some more. I had a look at various shops and then returned to the coach. We drove a very short distance to Miller brewery. Here we did a tour. We started with a movie and then had a look at the plant. This place is huge, lots to see and at the end there was tastings. An interesting experience.

Back on the coach we headed to Madison. We did some more intros and arrived ...
