      ... you believe it! The Stamps game is on the TV! And Harp on tap... perfect spot to end the first full day in Sunset/HB
      The band is actually good, and Kayla makes a good shot or two ! Lol some great conversation, and some good tunes! We have been very careful not to exceed any limitations, but as always, if you begin worrying about an issue, than it progressively becomes an uncomfortable issue until the threat has been removed.       ... Historic Route 66 coming up and we decide to go off piste and leave the interstate. We were a little worried at first as the GPS kept trying to get us to turn around but we kept on regardless. Luckily it eventually recalculated the route for us to stay on Route 66 for some twenty miles before returning to the interstate. And on this bit of road I got the picture I wanted the most... the iconic Route 66 emblem painted on the road. Another hour or so ...

      After getting to our Disney hotel at close to midnight last night due to an ineffective shuttle service we started bright and early for Disneyland. I was waiting to be overwhelmed by the 'magic' but I was pretty underwhelmed to begin with. Firstly went down to breakfast at 8am and was told it would be 30 minute wait for a table - we made other arrangements.       ... tyre that floats and you steer them by leaning and run into one another, it was ***********trol and not that great. I wanted to go on the hollywood tower of terror which is an elevator that drops, it looks like a hotel and you get into an elevator that goes up then breaks down, Bobbie didn't want to because she doesn't like sudden drops or being in the dark so we didn't bother, I could have gone solo but I wasn't that keen.
