    ... to see - a big cannon out in the front yard - no wonder he grew up to fight the South! Picture included. A lot of revitalizing going on in the main street area which seems to be the thing to do. There was a glass blowing museum on the main street but we decided to not spend the money they wanted to tour.

    ... so we just stayed on the coach and fixed lunch. By the time we'd finished eating the rain had stopped so Jim took over and on we went to Buckeye Lake.

    ... plane for sitting too! (I bruised my tailbone on the water slide halfway through the trip, so sitting was uncomfortable sometimes.)

    Try the local food, especially Casados and any seafood dish.

    If you are afraid of heights or water or bugs, don’t do the Wild Planet Trip.

    Definitely go with a guide who knows where to look for wildlife! This made all the difference. We will probably hire bird guides when we travel from now ...

    Left Tomah Wisconsin early this morning knowing we had another long day of driving. Goal was to get home around 8:00 PM and we made it right on the dot! It felt good to walk into the house. It did not feel like we had been gone for 40 days! Speedometer says we traveled 10,000 miles! WOW! We sure saw many, many wonderful sights. Makes us so appreciative of this great country ...
