    Got up 7:45am. Got paper,cereal with milk and coco coffee. A very normal and nice morning. Had an hour of acupuncture. Beef jerky, dried mango, pb granola bar .     ... take bike rides, but my bike will gather dust in the garage. Costume goose chasing shall continue, but my breathless laugher won't be part of the mix.     John and I went down the road to the bus stop, and while we were waiting we got talking to a really nice man, who gave us lots of information.
