An idea about prices in Mexico,these will differ from place to place and of course where one buys, prices in Mexican pesos, today the exchange rate 1 peso = 22 or 14 US
Luxury bus overnight 500kms 450 pesos
breakfast 45 -65 (eggs etc)
fuel 130-140
beer 12 at shop 25 -35 restaurant
coke 10-25
meals 55 180 (steak) , or more if one eats seafood
snacks at stalls 10, tostadas, tortillas
home made potatoe crisps ...

... closer towards us. At the end they were about 4 meters away from us. when you imagine that the sharks were about 3 meters long. sometimes they returned from above or the baby swam right over us due to its curiosity.

... br> In the evening we parked at the mall on Quinta Ave and walked along the tourist strip down to the park where some locals were performing a Mayan dance. The avenue is pedestrian-only and reminds me of a mostly chill "foreign tourist zone". Lots of overpriced restaurants ready to serve, but the touts aren't that aggresive (but are a little bit).

Upon recommendation from some friends on our trip to Peru we booked a night at a club called Cocobongos. ... they pulled him aside again and this time wouldn't let him through. It was sad to say goodbye especially under the circumstances, even Andres had tears in his eyes. We couldn't even able to get a group photo of us all as we were in 'No mans land' and they wouldn't let you have phones or cameras out.
