On the bottom, the rope way ended with a visitor shopping Souvenir area, so I browsed for 20 minutes the hop on the 420 pm bus back to Toya train station.     I was distracted by my phone for two hours last night before I went to sleep. 8:30 am, no plan yet, but I knew I wanted to do a day trip some where. Sawan said he was in, so we settled on Noboribetsu. He needed to buy a JR East pass. We left at 11:00 am for Sapporo Station to get his pass, snacks, and the 12:13 pm JR.     ... We booked through who also arranged bus transfers from Sapporo. It is an approx. 1.5hr flight from Tokyo to Sopporo and then a 3hr bus ride to Niseko. Sapporo-Chitose is also an International Airport. We flew Vanilla Air from Tokyo to Sapporo and return.     ... around 9:15AM because the transfer to airport is at 10:00AM. The guy at the reception desk was very accommodating and really tried to speak English which we appreciated and he said the boarding for the bus would start at 9:40-9:45 so we just stayed at the lobby, where the internet is available and it's really slow.
