    ... at Schiphol with a good view of the airport, thankfully our runway was near to the terminal area today so only a shortish taxi time, sometimes it can take nearly 20 minutes from landing to stopping as some of the runways at Schiphol are miles, literally, from the terminals. The flight from Norwich parks away from the main terminal so we have to leave the aircraft and board a bus to take us to the arrival ...

    ... know that they do that there. It was wonderful and have taken lots of video on my iPad so will relive it for years I expect. The New Zealand Army band was the icing on the cake. They were splendid and got the biggest applause at the end. That is enough for this blog in fact probably far too much, sorry.
