      ... stunning coves and turquoise waters, up into the hills and pine plantations, through local villages and then back to the coast at Fethiye.

      Staying at a hotel above the yacht marina and port which is huge and has some incredibly expensive and enormous yachts and motor launches, a lot of which are covered for winter. The population is about 80,000, and it's a big tourist spot for British people apparently, and obviously a prosperous and modern city.

      ... that causes the natural phenomenon. You kick your shoes off and wonder up the slope to the summit passing crystal blue pools of mineral rich water. Stodgy deposits can be rubbed all over your body and washed off, it is the best my feet have looked for 2 weeks.       Some of the most amazing people I met in Turkey were in this beautiful city of Fethiye. Many tourists from the UK visit, but I discovered more acting and doing as a local in the 3 weeks I was there.
