... 8221; Italians do the “double hug”, but the French actually give a real kiss! We used the public toilets which were quite the experience. They were simply a hole in the floor! I spent only a few days in my family in the Alps, but it was absolutely fabulous!
When family and really good friends meet after not seeing each other for years, it feels so natural, like nothing has changed, we are just together, now, period.
So, I did enjoy our time together, then, period. No Internet, no phone, no pictures. It was our time together and we loved every minute of it.
