We left Dublin Friday morning to head over to Waterford. On the way, we stopped at Jerpoint Farm,which is a working sheep farm and the resting place of St. Nicholas (you might know him as ole St. Nick). Jerpoint was also home to an Abbey. The ruins are still there, including partial buildings and gravestones.

Morning started off in Cork with a trip to Blarney Castle. I was so glad we made a bee line for the castle to climb up and kiss the Blarney Stone. We were there for 2 hrs and it took us 75 mins to do this 1 hr climbing up and 15 mins to kiss the stone and walk down. I just did the air kiss thing but John reached right down.
