- Mark starting the innappropriate slow-clap, then others trying to copy but failing dismally
- Kearney falling over a balustrade backwards into a group of people when trying to play a pool shot (How does that happen!?)
- Sarah´s storytelling, including the story of the chicken sandwich, and the time her date brought a date to their date
- Kearney and "that" dress on the bus ride ...

... end of the tour (anonymously). All the pieces of paper get collected by the Tour Manager and he read them out. It was pretty funny, for example, one of the secrets was that one of the guys was so randy in Pisa, he decided to go to the toilets and relieve himself instead of actually seeing the leaning tower. Not quite what I was expecting!

Claire even made us hug the tree in the front lawn to ascertain that it was in deed to be known as an ancient tree. .....thanks to Carole for hosting our picnic lunch - who knows we may make it to the races next time - weather permitting! ... some characters. Back to the more cultured side - yesterday we toured Windsor Castle and Hampton Court. Both exceeded our expectations and hopefully the pictures will do it justice...unless you really want me to go through the history of Henry VIII's additions to Hampton Court. ... go on the Skyrider train/roller coaster ride which Emma, Richard and Auntie Deb also did. Across the park we all go to get a few final rides in before the end of the day. ... We also visited the St George's Chapel in the grounds of the castle where many previous kings and queens are laid to rest. Here Frank decided to take a little piece of Windsor home with him and he managed to chip a small chunk of the wall out which will accompany us on our trip home! ... It is now 2:07 PM and I have spent the morning meeting with students. Right now I have an appointment with one student, but it looks like she is going to miss it. She is only the second today to miss her appointment. These mentoring sessions are required of all students and they seem to take it fairly seriously.
