... in is gorgeous. Stepped outside this morning and out the front is a paddock with beautiful horses in it. After breakfast, I drove to Romsey to see Sami at the bank. I got a parking ticket for parking in a loading zone for an hour...whoops that was £35. Had a coffee with Sami then hit the road again. Spent most of the time on motorways. Missed my exit twice, which probably put another 20min on my trip. ...

Arrived approx one and were off by half past, just as we had got to the cruise terminal the heavens opened and we waited awhile until it had stopped. Walked into Gibraltar, very very busy but it was nice to ...

Woke up this morning to a rather rocky ship, winds rain and rough seas, went up on deck for breakfast and looking out to see could see some blue sky on the horizon so hope it will brighten up later. Just had a report from the bridge that the winds are gusting force nine and some of the outside decks have been closed. Must say it is a little rocky. Thunder lightening and rare type of waterspout seen from the ship, ...

So we are off to Rome, flying Ryanair from East Midlands Airport. East Midlands Airport has some terrible reviews as does Ryanair so what can go wrong. We decided to use the long stay parking as our return flight gets in at 10:30 pm and using buses or taxis could end up in failure. We prepaid for Long Stay Car Park 1 and arrive at the boom gates to see "Car Park Full" sign. Press the help button and told to use Long Stay Car Park 4. Eventually we get in and ...
